2.1 Messaging Consent and Data Collection

When you provide your phone number to All World Communications Group — whether through our AWC InterLink platform, AWC SoftConnect softphone, web forms, paper forms, QR code scans, verbal consent during calls, or text message opt-in — you consent to receive SMS and MMS messages from us. We collect and store the following messaging data:

  • Message content (body text and media attachments)
  • Sender and recipient phone numbers
  • Message delivery status (queued, sent, delivered, failed, undelivered)
  • Timestamps of all messages sent and received
  • Twilio message SIDs and carrier delivery receipts

2.2 How We Use Messaging Data

  • Comply with carrier A2P 10DLC campaign registration and auditing requirements
  • Generate usage analytics and billing records

2.3 Messaging Consent Methods

We obtain your consent to receive A2P messages through the following methods, each of which constitutes express written consent:

  • Verbal consent — provided during a phone call with our representative (documented for compliance)
  • Web form — checking a consent checkbox or submitting your phone number online
  • Paper form — signing a physical document or contract containing consent language
  • Mobile QR Code — scanning a QR code that directs to a consent confirmation
  • Text message opt-in — sending "START," "JOIN," or "SUBSCRIBE" to our number

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you opt back in by replying "START" or "UNSTOP."
